I make use of a wide range of therapeutic techniques to address the unique needs of each of my clients. These approaches include:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Helping individuals develop psychological flexibility, mindfulness skills, and values-based actions.
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Assisting clients in identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors to promote positive change.
Mindfulness: Incorporating mindfulness techniques to cultivate self-awareness, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): A specialized therapy for processing and healing unresolved trauma and related symptoms.
